Get Your Skates On - Come and Try Registration

To register for the Get Your Skates On - Come and Try (Three-Week Free Trial Temporary Membership) please follow the instructions below:

• Click on the Get Your Skates On - Come and Try (Three-Week Free Trial Temporary Membership) button to start
• Step 1a - Read through the available information the click the NEW MEMBER button (unless your are a Returning member)
• Step 1b - Enter the SKATER'S basic details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender) and select the Club they are participating with:
  • If the Club is not listed, please go to the Get Your Skates On - Come and Try Participation Clubs webpage and register via their portal
  • If joining directly with SkateNSW the select -Unattached-, then click on Next step
• Step 2a - Under Temporary membership click on Select this membership
• Step 2b - Select Get Your Skates On - Come & Try (CAT 4), then click on Next step
• Step 2c - IMPORTANT select the date you wish to start your Three-Week Free Trial Temporary Membership (the membership will be valid for this date and the following 20 consecutive days), then click on Next step
• Step 3 - Review your Membership Invoice amount: $0.00, then click on Next step 
  • Skate Australia = 2026 Skate Aust - THREE WEEK TRIAL
  • SkateNSW = Get Your Skates On - Come & Try (CAT 4)
  • If you are joining via a Club there will be a third line item for the Club Membership
• Step 4 - Enter the SKATER'S personal details (Address, Contact details, Additional information as required by Skate Australia, SkateNSW and your Club, including confirming the length of the Trial period, then click on Next step
• Step 6 - Agree to the Terms of registration (check 2 boxes), plus check the box that "I'm not a robot", the click on Next Step to complete the registration.
• You will then receive a confirmation email (please check your Junk mail filter if you do not receive it) which contains your National ID, Membership starting date (expiry is 20 days after this date), User ID for website log in
• IMPORTANT click the Set your password button in the email (within 24hrs)
• You are now able to log in in order to book into Participation Classes and/or Events permitted in the Get Your Skates On - Come and Try (Three-Week Free Trial Temporary Membership)
• At the conclusion of the Free Trial to continue your membership please Upgrade to Full Membership
