Posts States Camp Schedule
If the program says 'Championship' it is State Training. Without Championship it is the seminar. Groups are not fixed. If you are concerned you are in the wrong group, talk to your coach and it will be sorted out on the day.
I have had a lot of emails asking me to change the program because they already had something planned. There are over 50 skaters participating in the camp and I have done my absolute best to try and accomodate everyone the best that I could.
In preparation, please make sure you bring with you the following:
- Suitable running shoes
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Appropriate exercise attire (No baggy jumpers or shirts while participating)
- Skates (Of course!)
- Spinner (If you have one)
- Pen and notebook to write notes (optional)

Quick update to the schedule. The Fitness Seminar will now be at the following times:
1:30 - 2:15pm - Fitness Groups 1 and 2
2:15 - 3:00pm - Fitness Group 3

9:45- 10:05am Style Dance
10:05 - 10:35am Group 1 Free
10:35-11:05am Group 2 Free
11:05-11:35am Freedance
Note: Freeskaters can practice on the side of the rink when the alternate group is using the main floor.
