Skate Australia are pleased to announce and confirm that the 2012 Inline Hockey National Championships will be held at The Adelaide Arena, in Adelaide, South Australia in 2012.
The dates of the event will be Friday 28th September – Saturday 6th October, 2012.

2011 Team Skatel Xmas Show Skate "JUNGLE FEVER" A Roller Skating Spectacular
Team Skatel, the Penrith based Artistic Roller Skating Club will be performing JUNGLE FEVER, a Roller Skating Spectacular as the theme for their Christmas Show Skate this year.
Two shows will be held at Penrith Skatel, 120 Russell St, Emu Plains on the dates of Tuesday 13th December and Wednesday 14th December 2011.
The 1-hour show is from 8.30 till 9.30 pm, with doors opening at 8.00pm. Show tickets are on sale now for $20 and children under 5 are just $10.

The 2012 National Speed Championships are running between 16 and 22 January in Adelaide. The 2012 NSW Speed team attending the championships consists of Melody Bushnell, Peter Edge, Matthew Egan and Daniel Thomson.
The 2012 NSW Speed Calendar is available for download from the event calendar and notices page. The first NSW event of 2012 is on Sunday February 5th.
Final results from the NSW 2011 GP series are now available on the results page.
The results from the 2011 SkateNSW State Championships and the 2011 SkateNSW Quad Cup are available for download from the results page. Congratulations to all skaters who competed, particularly those who finished the longer events which were run in particularly hot conditions.
The results from the 2011 Blacktown City Games and round 7 of the NSW GP series events held on 9/10/2011 are available for download from the results page. With only one round remaining in the 2011 series, first places in the Open Quads, B and Beginners grades have already been decided as have first and second places in the Open events. Five skaters are still in the race to win A grade with just 21 points between the current leader and fifth placed athlete.

The SkateNSW AGM’s will held on Sunday 30th October 2011 at Sports House, 6 Figtree Drive, Olympic Park, NSW 2127 with the Speed AGM held on Sunday 9th October 2011 at International Peace Park Netball Courts, Blacktown, NSW.
The positions on the SkateNSW Inc Executive Committee below become vacant on 30th October 2011. Nominations are hereby called for these positions:

VOLUNTEER INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM CO-ORDINATOR

These positions will be for a 2-year term (2013 AGM).
