Event Waiver
Please note that, due to an amendment of the relevant bylaws 2007, your club is entitled to vote at this meeting if it meets the following criterion and is financial with SkateNSW and Skate Australia. A club is a group of at least eight (8) participating members at Development or Competitive level and any number of ordinary members united by a common interest in one of the disciplines which makes up roller sports and meeting periodically for co-operation.
If you wish to have a vote, you have until 1:00pm Wednesday 26th November 2025 to have the minimum number of members registered with the State Office.
Unattached members and members in smaller clubs are very welcome to attend the meetings as visitors.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves appropriately as per the SkateNSW code of conduct.
NOTE: Delegate MUST be a Skate Australia member and a financial member of the club that they are representing.
(Letter of authority to vote is not required at AGM, UNLESS this form is not returned OR name of delegate is changed)
